The OT Place

The OT Place is committed to providing exceptional care to all our clients.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, however when someone cancels last minute they prevent another patient from being seen.

The OT Place appointments are subject to a Cancellation Policy.

It is important that our clients understand their obligations when making an appointment with us so we can provide them with timely and accessible service.

A minimum of 48 hours is needed to cancel an appointment without incurring a fee.

If an appointment is cancelled between 48-24 hours, a fee of 50% of the consult cost will be incurred.

If an appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours, the full cost of the appointment will be incurred.

We really value time – both yours, and ours. Running an efficient practice allows us to provide service to more people, and gives us time to pursue research and educational roles in the field.

Our cancellation policy supports and respects the time commitment of our clients and our therapists, and is intended to make our expectations clear.
